The History of Catalli Insurance Brokers, Inc.

Our founder, Anthony J. Catalli, established Catalli Insurance in 1960, as a service oriented Insurance agency operating out of the home and beginning his sales going door to door.   His roots were of the insurance industry beginning in his 20’s working for Brokerage houses in San Francisco.  He was raised knowing the true meaning of hard work and the agency today is rooted in those principles and values.  In 1974, Anthony’s oldest son Paul Catalli was licensed as an insurance agent and in 1978 another son, Peter Catalli joined the team.  By 2009 the 3rd generation was represented with grandson Tony Catalli joining the business. Although Catalli Insurance was incorporated in 2000, we remain a family owned and operated business. We are all proud to be a part of a legacy of over 50 years and we look forward to serving our customers for a long time to come!

For over 50 years now, Catalli Insurance Brokers has grown to one of the premier family owned insurance agencies in San Mateo. From our modest office in San Mateo, we serve from the San Francisco Bay Area to entire state of California.
